Special Offer:

1st April 2010 to 30th September 2010 - stay 7 nights bed and breakfast and pay for only 6.

Winter Special Offer:

1st October 2010 to 31st March 2011 - 3 nights bed and breakfast - £60 per person.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

To confirm a booking a non-refundable deposit of £15 per person is required, payable by debit/credit card*.

The balance of your stay is payable on the day of arrival by either cash or debit/credit card.

If a reservarion is cancelled prior to 5 days of your arrival, no charge will be made (however the deposit will not be refunded)
If a reservation is cancelled under 5 days notice then a charge for the first nights stay will be made (less any deposit already paid).

Any guests that "do not show" will be charged in full for the total number of nights booked.

The Moorfield Hotel is a strictly no smoking guest house, if you are found smoking, you will be asked to leave. A de-fumigation charge equivalent to one night stay will be charged to your debit/credit card if the room has been smoked in.

Any damage/breakages to the hotel will be charged to your debit/credit card.

Unfortunately, The Moorfield Hotel does not accept pets (except Guide dogs).

We do not specify a check in time, but do ask for an estimated time of arrival.
Check out time is 10.00am on day of departure.
